Prototyping

We have extensive experience producing prototype models for customers to use for things like fit (in the case of an automotive part that has to clear components in the engine compartment) to function and even aesthetics for marketing purposes. We can produce models using a variety of materials from plastics to metal using CNC technology. We have saved many an engineer from a costly mistake simply by machining a sample casting from a cad model and bolting it in place. We strongly encourage modeling parts especially for companies who don’t have the time nor the inclination to model the entire engine compartment of a car to check how a part is going to fit.
